Artist Of The Month: Alex Alexander

Here's a name you've probably heard before:
Alex Alexander.

This woman is not only just an exotic face,
but the talent she embodies and exudes is beyond compelling:
Alex Alexander is a native of Washington DC, born February 14th of 1988. After graduating from the Duke Ellington School of the Arts, Alexander received her Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts from the Maryland Institute (MICA) in 2010. She now resides in Baltimore. With eight years of photographic exploration and training under the eye of such teaching artists as Jack Wilgus and Alexander Heilner, Alex has continuously worked towards combining her first love of the poetic arts with the fine medium of photography thus all efforts accumulate to what Alexander calls, Photo-Poetry.
Convinced yet?
Not only is Alex a dear friend of mine, but i also got the privilege to work with her in such an artistic manner!
Check out some of our pics. The other two models happen to be my two very best friends Imani Sutton and Jetia Dubard!

In a nutshell,
Mila & Fire are two young women with a passion for fashion.
The two friends Kelcie Glass and Morgan Powell have designed a website

in a way that everyone wins. Check out a few pieces they have on sale today!

Last month i did have the pleasure of working with Mila & Fire Vintage
and guest designers Aminah Muse and Material Gurlz for their One-Year Anniversary "Fashion's Night Out" Showcase at Jin Lounge.
Take a peek at the behind the scenes and ME at work. ;)
